Plymouth Dance currently runs a bi-weekly Adult Session at Plymouth Highbury Trust, which is an adult SEN session.

We plan to run We Move SEN Sessions in 2025, which will be for individuals who identify as SEN ages 25+.

We also plan to run Women Together Sessions in 2025, which will be for individuals who identify as Women, ages 18+. These sessions will focus on wellbeing and empowering Women.
